About Me
-
Describe Yourself:A survivalist living in a world that God is sovereign over.
Organic farmer dedicated to the sustainable development of rural farmers of the world.
I'm not a humanitarian but I believe in helping others help themselves up to live with a standard of living that they want not the state. -
On Gather, I'm Looking For ...:Debate-- Especially for the betterment of the health and wellness of our society in which mega-corporations and the morally depraved state share responsibility in destroying cultures and families in the name of Globalism and economic development.
I want to be part of societal change that happens from a non-state perspective, since they are corrupt and meddle in issues in which they should have no responsibility but the Church and Good citizens should take personal responsibility in making personal relationships with the poor and working together on sustainable diversified development.

Steve B., Nov 25, 2009, 10:33AM ESTLooks like your friend is going to need those transmission lines. I hope he gets them.
New transmission routes needed for future Oaxaca wind capacity
Good news about the Jatropha and Pine nut crop. I hope you make alot of money!!! Maybe, some of your product will be used to produce those organic plastics I was telling you about. Another great source for biofuel is algae. I hear much more fuel can be produced per acre than fuel from crop plants.

Steve B., Nov 2, 2009, 11:55AM ESTJason - are you familiar with Waterkeepers? I don't know if they have the resources you're looking for, but it's where I'd start. Their website is:
http://www.waterkeeper.org/
and you can conact them at:
info1@waterkeeper.org
If that doesn't help, let me know, and I'll try and come up with something else. Thanks for what you're doing with these indigenous folks. It's important. -
Steve B., Nov 1, 2009, 12:22PM ESTGreat Jason - most folks are not going to live like you do. I'm interested in developing those technologies and access to them, so that people can live reasonably well without creating significant problems for your children and their children. Even if you teach them to "live off the land", they're going to have to have land to live off of.
